Subscriptions and billing
Akordly Pro and Studio are purchased inside the Akordly app and billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you already subscribed but don't see your plan, open Plans in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings. Deleting your Akordly account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that in your Apple subscription settings first.
